GymFed Elements is a small-group training class with a GymFed coach. It is a prerequisite for the GymFed circuit classes. The class consists of 4 group sessions which include a proper teaching of gym fed’s methods, goal setting, nutritional advising, and a small taste of a GymFed circuit. Upon completion, you will be able to participate in circuit classes for the remainder of the month.
